Gucci Women’s G-Frame Rectangle Black Lizard Strap Diamond Dial Watch YA127509 is an elegant choice if you are looking for a dressy ladies’ watch that also offers bling. In fact, over two hundred diamonds-worth of bling! Gucci certainly knows how to do glamour. They have been doing it for 90 years, and this particular timepiece represents the highest wow-factor for the entire G-Frame Collection.

First, this is a very trim and streamlined watch, with a classic shape. That is how it carries off an aura of elegance, rather than tacky overindulgence. The bezel and dial are rectangular, set vertically, and made of polished stainless steel. The slender, black Teju lizard wristband is textured in straight lines, which parallels nicely with the lines of the dial. Because of these low-height features, as well as the classic pairing of silver and black, the timepiece will hug the shape of your wrist, without bulk, or fuss. Simple, stainless steel hour and minute hands keep you to your schedule, while the Gucci name logo is set so discreetly in soft white lettering, that it is barely noticeable, below the 12 o’clock position.

Now, let’s cut to the chase. The dial of the YA127509 model is solidly encrusted with 202 brilliant diamonds. These small, but high quality stones provide a uniform surface with a lot of sparkle. Each stone is F to G color, cut to 57 facets. The diamonds’ total combined weight is .60 ct.

If you like the styling of this watch, but prefer something a little more low key, these fine timepieces are also available without diamonds, or with a varying number of them, on the dial. You can choose from models with 3, 4, 20, and up, total number of stones.

Priced at $4,250, the YA127509 is the highest luxury watch of Gucci’s G-Frame Collection. The price reflects the maximum number of diamonds available on the dial, 202, set across the entire surface. This is a watch that is sleek and tasteful, yet has plenty of sparkle! However, if you prefer a smaller investment, or less sparkle, prices start at $750 and up, for other pieces in the collection.

Gucci.com hasn’t been updated to show the YA127509 model, as of this writing. The only watches displayed from their G-Frame collection are those with square dial, and stainless steel wrist strap or bangle.
